Shipping policy

Once your order ships, you will receive your tracking information via the email you made the order with. Brown Bae Designs is not responsible for any delays in shipping. Once your order ships, we cannot provide you any information about where your purchase is as we unfortunately do not have control over USPS, UPS, or any other shipping service. Please understand that shipping delays are more frequent during holiday seasons. While we do believe the customer should not be punished by fault of the Post Office or any shipping service, we also believe that we should not be penalized either.

TUMBLER INFORMATION: All tumblers will come with a lid and a reusable straw. All tumbler decorations are handcrafted/hand decorated (this means made or applied by our own two hands and NOT A MACHINE) which also means that there may be small imperfections. All tumblers are made with high quality materials to include resin, glitter, double wall stainless steel, etc.

TUMBLER CARE INFORMATION: DO NOT PUT IN THE MICROWAVE. DO NOT PUT IN THE DISHWASHER. HAND WASH YOUR TUMBLERS ONLY. DO NOT SOAK. DO NOT DROP. HANDLE WITH CARE. DO NOT USE ABRASIVE CHEMICALS. DO NOT LEAVE IN EXTREME HEAT. SNOWGLOBE TUMBLERS SHOULD BE STORED UPSIDE DOWN.

READY TO SHIP TUMBLERS: Ready to ship tumblers that are pre-made without customer personalization have a processing time of 2-3 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Processing time is the time to prepare the product to be shipped prior to shipping it, and does not include the shipping time. Your item will be shipped out within 2-3 business days after purchase. Products that are personalized for the customer (not pre-made), will require 5-7 days for both the personalization and processing time prior to being shipped.
